In the opinion of young people a family still exists as a value and a determinant of somebody’s life success. 18-24 years old young people as a motive of marriage distinguish: love, stability of life, having a home, children and a partner. Does the family phenomenon in its traditional form is still needed? Nowadays exist different marital and family forms of life. These are effects of global transformation and, at the same time, it is a personal choice of partners (the ratio choice theory). Because of that the remarkable family pedagogy attribute should be its ontological and praxiological adequacy.

In this article, the author presents the theoretical problem of the educational environment, placing it in the background of natural science, sociology and psychology. The objective is to present some thoughts on the category of the educational environment and on the research methods in the theory of social pedagogy. This analysis is to show, that the educational environment is analyzed in objective way (the surroundings), subjective way and as the area of intentional pedagogic work.

In sum, Theilhard de Chardin’s concept of God’s Environment seems to be one of those proposals that may fulfill conditions of what we can call Educational Environment. Both in the sphere of action and in the sphere of sensation a foster child and a tutor have an opportunity to realize themselves and to become - in every sense of the word- a man.

That is why God’s Environment in the meaning of Theilhard de Chardin can be called as well as Educational Environment.

The dynamics of phenomena and processes in present world inflicts that decisions harder are undertaken alone. Specialized institutions and organizations become one of standards of our life. It is difficult to trust exclusively own opinions, having it taken under attention of the experts' suggestions. Advice has become a solid element of our everyday life. Accepting that advice is a prompt, how to proceed in definite situation, it should be accepted, that it may be the result of wisdom of one the parties or exchange of opinions and arguments of both sides. This notion may refer the process of supporting. People’s decisions and choices that means guidance.

The process of choice of occupation, school and work is the sequence of many partial educational, professional and employment decisions which accompany professional development and lead to stabilization as well as the location in concrete professional place in aim of taking up definite position in social structure.

 These definitions show that the main tasks of occupational guidance should be the analysis of professional chances of individual increase of their chances as well as help in using the strong points. Occupational guidance accompanies individual professional way as well as helps in providing with professional development. If advising concerns individual situation of the person seeking advice and helps them in further professional development, using the possibilities of labour market, it really does work.

The aim of this paper is to substantiate the thesis, that in the face of civilization’s development, upbringing for adaptation will not be enough, and upbringing for entropy will and that the process of constant balancing of the social development is the consequence of functional characteristics of societies: the so-called pattern preservation, internal integration, reaching individual and social goals, as well as adaptation.

            The contemporary globalization is embracing two opposing processes – of the homogenization and diversifying, so compound relations between the local and global level exist. Moreover mighty moves opposing the process exist of globalization.

            The globalization is also causing increasing the number of international exchangeable transactions – enabling the free flow of goods and services and means of production between states. An improvement in the logistics, a height of inward investments are connected with the globalization.

            Seen making aware must accompany the proliferation of the process of the globalization for oneself on the part of the organization to solve the civil society of new objectives which they have and which they are in the world obligated to. Thanks to determined action of these organizations exploiting the economic height in the way guaranteeing the true respect of human rights and nations as well as equal division of goods in every state and between different states will become possible.

Strukturalizacja kosztów i wydatków w projektach środowiskowych współfinansowanych ze środków funduszy strukturalnych

 

The Union resources (the Union funds) are directed mainly to finance regional policy- environmental policy. Similar areas, taking into consideration their functions, such as transport, the protection of the environment, the management of work resources or human capital are financed. The main aim of structural policy (this term is often used in literature) is to eliminate some underdeveloped regions, being the members of the European Union. To gain the planned aims by regional policy, the effects of its activities must be measured. Accounting deals with the measurement of the effects of the activity. Since the beginning of the 1990s the continuous reform has being conducted in Poland, which is connected with the changes taking place in the country economy system. The integration of Poland with the European Union, also (or maybe, mainly) causes the necessity of the changes in the range of the record of economic events and their effects on the finance results of economy subjects’ activity. Because of that fact, it is required to update the knowledge in this range. The aim of the article is the general analysis of the character and also different kinds of costs and spending being included in the projects, partly financed from structural funds resources.

This paper examines human-customer rights in the management of the enterprises and the role of harmony between human, ecology and environment. Pollution, emission CO₂ is very big problem in our day’s societies. Conservation of environment is the most important issue of the government and industry. For example one of the most important pro-environmental goals is the reduction of water consumption in the paper production process. In the cases which are included in this article we can see that in the cars’ or paper companies the most relevant proof of environment-friendly management is clean air and water.
